IKEA Indonesia operates as a franchise under DFI Retail Nusantara Tbk. Established in 2014 at IKEA Alam Sutera, IKEA Indonesia expanded its presence between 2019 and 2023, and now owns 7 stores across Java and Bali. Embracing an omnichannel system, IKEA Indonesia ensures a seamless shopping experience for its customers by integrating its physical stores with its official website and various marketplace platforms, making its products accessible to everyone across the country.
